By using our Platform�s Services, you consent to abide by these terms.
The terms govern the processing of any personal data collected or provide by you and guarantee that accuracy of your information.
It is Event Organizer�s obligation to make sure that an Event or any Event information or Products provided through the Platform meet all applicable, rules, regulations and laws and satisfactory standards applicable in the Sultanate.
An email will be sent to you regarding the acceptance of your Product order or Event registration on behalf of the Event Organizer.
If acceptance of your Event registration or Product order does not take place for whatever reason, you will be informed by email and no charge will be imposed on you or, if already charged, a refund will be processed to you.
Our fee for providing the Services may be incorporated within the price of the Event registration or the price of the Product. If be charged separately, they will be mentioned during the payment process.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Event Organizer is responsible for the Events and any Products sold; therefore, we are not responsible for any lose or damage incurred to the Event or the products being sold.
